EcoRodovias has an Ethics Channel for employees, third parties and other stakeholders to report violations of the Code of Conduct, internal policies and the current legislation, and to ensure a fair, impartial and independent investigation.

The Ethics Committee, comprised of five members (majority of them independent), according to the limits authorized by its internal guidelines, deliberates on the investigation report prepared by the Compliance area.
