The Code of Conduct for Third Parties establishes and underscores the Company’s guidelines and expectations regarding the performance of Third Parties in the process of selecting and executing contracts, insider trading, conflict of interest and other guidelines that guide third parties to act in line with the values of EcoRodovias.
